It was proposed by Councillor P Samuels, seconded by Councillor Rance and RESOLVED that the minutes of the Annual Town Meeting held on 5th March 2020 were confirmed as a true and correct record.

The Chairman of SEA expressed his delight in the decision made by STC to acknowledge a climate and ecological emergency and for considering climate and ecological implications wherever possible in future decisions of the Council. SEA offered the council assistance, if required, in the fight to reduce climate change and loss of bio diversity.

Councillor Bickford briefed Members on a meeting the Committee held the previous evening and the hope of hosting Saltash Regatta in 2021, later in the year than usual dependent on the current progression of the Government Roadmap.
