Considering time constraints, the Town Council will then hold an online poll of Councillors to determine whether to accept the Officer’s view or to ask for the application to be called into committee. The Chairman informed Members that the developers GRC Planning Limited have declined to attend the meeting due to Cornwall Council raising a Planning Application for the development: PA22/07188 - Land north of Broad Lane and west of Duck Lane, Trematon, Saltash.  

 

PA22/07188 should not have passed through the Cornwall Council Planning Process as there are required reports missing which the developers will now need to source.

 

PA22/07188 is to be received at the next meeting of The Planning and Licensing Committee on 18th October 2022, subject to Saltash Town Council receiving the Planning Application from Cornwall Council.
